Dunn County Building Renovation Grant

The JDA offers storefront renovation grants to encourage the occupancy and renovation of vacant and dilapidated buildings and retail and commercial buildings in high-traffic areas throughout Dunn County. Eligible properties must be located within the county and the improvements must accent a retail or professional business storefront. Applicants may apply for up to $5,000 in matching funds towards the improvement.
