Grant funds can be used on building store-fronts only. Examples of eligible store-front improvements under this program include, but are not limited to: painting, signage, doors, windows, lighting, siding, and awnings

The JDA provides technical and professional services to assist in improving community infrastructure and entrepreneurial growth. The Steele County Economic Development Coordinator, can be a liaison to provide assistance to individuals, organizations, and businesses through business planning and development, and marketing.
