Carrington Demolition Cost Share
Any structure that has been identified as unlivable, unsafe, and dangerous is eligible for the Demolition Cost Share Program. Funds can be used for demolition of building/structures, removal of material, costs for updating a real estate abstract, current title opinion, legal costs to ensure marketable title, and payment of current/past due real estate taxes and specials.
The CEDD will develop, plan, direct and coordinate programs and services that promote rural economic and community development by working closely with area businesses, entrepreneurs and area financial institutions to expand businesses and attract new businesses, services and industry to our area.
